Marble supports patients with mild to moderate acuity who are appropriate for outpatient virtual treatment, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, OCD, and adjustment or relationship-related concerns. We offer individual, group, and family therapy, and NY-only psychiatric evaluation and medication management when clinically indicated.
We have therapists who speak over 16 languages, including English, Spanish, Mandarin, Russian, and more. We are also always working on adding support for additional languages. If you have a specific language requirement, you can share this information within your referral.
Marble treats a broad range of behavioral health needs, but (as with any outpatient program) there will be some situations where a different level or type of care is a better match. In those instances, we will do our best to find the patient appropriate care with a provider that accepts their insurance.

We can provide a custom link for your organization or site to submit referrals. This allows us to close the loop after a referral is made and a patient is matched with a therapist. Please contact healthcare@marblehealth.com to request a link.
We can provide you with materials to share with families, allowing them to self-refer after their visit.
The family will be prompted via text to complete onboarding (2-3 minutes) so we can confirm insurance coverage, collect consent and schedule the intake appointment. Our Care Ops team will follow-up via phone if the family has not completed onboarding.
The patient and guardian will participate in a 60-minute intake appointment. The intake therapist will get to know the patient and understand their preferences to recommend an appropriate care plan.
Pending guardian consent, Marble can provide a regular referral status report confirming whether patients are actively in care.
Marble functions much like a virtual clinic, but we are different in a few key ways: We have no waitlists, all of our appointments are virtual, and we exclusively work with child and adolescent clients. And because we accept most insurances, care is often free or low-cost for families.
Many referrers tell us that in-house resources are overwhelmed by demand for services and agencies have months-long waitlists. Marble matches patients quickly with expert clinicians with decades of experience working with kids and their families.
